I am a senior strategic and organisational leader with 20+ years’ experience shaping policy, strategy and transformation across transportation, supply chains, energy and related industries. Currently Director / Secretary General of a global industry association, with extensive experience representing industry at UN, European, and international regulatory and policy forums and engaging with corporate, technical and public-sector stakeholders around key sustainability and operational challenges.

I combine strategic analysis, sustainability and regulatory expertise with a strong track record of organisational growth, stakeholder influence and delivering strategic initiatives. Experienced in translating complex issues into clear direction, identifying emerging trends, and leading through change. I bring particular strength in sustainability, supply-chain resilience and the wider transition of regulated industries.

I hold the position of Director / Secretary General of INTERCARGO since Oct. 2016. During my time, the Association’s membership has more than doubled to currently bringing together more than 450 forward thinking companies from over 35 countries in uniting and promoting quality dry bulk shipping.

I am a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (FICRS) since 2025.
